First meeting of the Comenius Project
“Communicating through Art”

Agenda
Friday 1st of October
The participants will arrive
to Barcelona and the host families will accommodate the students coming from
Belgium, Finland and Turkey.
Saturday 2nd of October
10.00h Reception and visit
to the Centre d’Art Tecla Sala.
After the visit the host
families have organised some leisure activities for the students.
14.00h Teachers’ lunch at
the restaurant El Glop and visit around Barcelona.
Sunday 3rd of October
The host families have
organised some leisure activities for the students. The teachers may
participate in these activities.
Monday 4th of October
9-17h The students will
participate in the school activities with their Catalan host peers.
9-14h The teachers will hold
a project meeting to speak about the following:

Introducing
ourselves.
-
Introducing the
participating schools in the project.
-
Revising the
meeting agenda.
-
Distribution of
tasks in the project and discussion about what the partners expect of the
project.
-
Visibility of
the project.
-
Budget and
payments of the project.
14.00h Lunch
15.30-17h The expert teacher
Patricia Meneses will hold a conference about CLIL methodology in Arts and
Crafts.
After the conference a
debate session will be held and the schools will present the artists they will
work upon.
Tuesday 5th of October
9-14hThe students will
participate in Art Workshops conducted by the organization “Experimentem”.
9-14h The teachers will hold
a project meeting to speak about the following:

Agreeing upon
the specific dates for the next meetings and Agenda of the project.

Blog management.
-
Communication
among students through etwinning.
-
Agreeing upon
the main elements of the fist audiovisual exhibition.
14.00h Lunch
16.00h Farewell event for
students and teachers.
Wednesday 6th October 2010
The participants will leave.
Note: the Belgian participants will leave on the 7th October.
